About calendar reform committee of India
The report of the Calendar Reforms Committee was accepted on 22 March 1955. After this every Indian should use solar date. But we use "AD" meaning the date of Jesus Christ.
Let us learn about solar date and use it every day.
I will write briefly on this subject sometime.
But for your information, today I am telling those things which you should know. The solar year is called Sawant or Savantsar. It would be wrong to say doubt, year etc.

The solar months and their days are given below.
Chaitra 30
Vaishakh 31
Jyeshtha 31
Ashada 31
Shravan 31
Bhadrapada 31
Ashwin 30
Karthik 30
Margashirsha / Agrahayana 30
Paush 30
Magh 30
Falgun 30
That is, from the second to the sixth month, there are 31 days and all other months are of 30 days.
The solar month begins approximately on the 22nd of each English month.
The Georgian ie English calendar was earlier of 10 months. It was a corrupted form of the solar calendar. The names of the last 4 months of those are going to be close to Sanskrit nomenclature like solar calendar even today. The last four means the last four months out of 10, seventh, eighth, ninth and tenth. The Sanskrit adaptations of their names Sapta Ambar, Ashta Ambar, Nava Ambar and Dasa Ambar are September, October, November, December. When the Georgians later learned about the solar 12 months, add two months. In between. July after Emperor Julius Caesar and August after Emperor Augustus Caesar. Because of this, the solar month does not start exactly on the 22nd day. The provision of leap year in the English calendar has been made for this reason, so that it can be matched with the solar calendar. But the Indian solar calendar is more scientific. The Gregorian calendar should match the Indian solar calendar.
When it happens, it will happen.
In the Mahalakshmi calendar published in Kolhapur, information about when the solar month is starting is given. And activists like Mr. Dhanaji Shinde give daily solar dates in this regard. His work is commendable.
Today we have to take an oath to use the Indian Solar Date.
Oath of Shiva to all of you.
