Mediation process (Brief notes)

Mediation  process

(Brief notes)

Mediation is one of the  topics included in the ADR scheme .our mediation process is Court annexed, i.e matter comes from the court.

It is not out of place to mention here for mediation matter comes from the court.  On the request of the party concerned Court sends matter for the mediation.

The coordinator attached to the legal services authority appoints mediator . Then matter comes to the mediator.
The parties are  given an understanding of the date of the meditation. The parties are called to the  mediation center on the day when the date is fixed and then the meditation begins.

Then parties  are allowed to present their  respective cases, as per requirement private sessions and joint sessions are taken.  Necessary precautions are taken  with view that mediation process would go on without any hurdle . Efforts are being taken to end   mediation  in  success.
On conclusion mediator sends report  to the court and in this way medicine process ends.
